A 3-week course in the natural awareness approach to meditation in daily life. Guidance on integrating practice into daily life will be provided, and the course offers participants an opportunity to practice meditation as a way of life for the 3-week duration of the course, with minimal set commitments (3 x 2-hr weekly in-person session).
